Here is the Mug Mix for February.....Peppermint Chocolate Latte Mug Mix

As I promised you Shelby...

Here is the other mug mix made, that you got for Christmas 2014.

It went a bit longer than I thought since my measurements were not exact measurements. The mix came out a little thin.

The flavor for this cake came out really delicious. Amazingly, the peppermint flavor was tempered very well by the coffee flavor and the cool whip topping on top.

This is a great Valentines Present for Mom or Dad, etc....

The end time since the batter for me was thin, took around 3 minutes plus about 30 seconds. The time will also depend on the wattage of the microwave. Some microwaves take less time.

(I would really love to see a Caramel or Red/Berry Velvet Mug Mix come out from this company. I think that would be pretty cool. Exotic flavors would also be great to see, JAZ Gourmet Food, if you are listening and reading I hope  to see more great mug mix flavors coming soon.)

Mug Mixes Round One: Pumpkin Spice Latte Mug Cake

I told a certain little lady, I would do these mug mixes with her, since I gave her a set for Christmas & this is the first round, the Pumpkin Spice Latte Mug Cake Mix.

So here you go Shelby, this is my attempt at the first mug cake mix. I hope to see your attempt when you do them.

I use lactose free 2% milk, because that is what I have in my home, and it is tummy friendly to my household. (You can use what you have in your home to make this.)

It took me 1minute 20 seconds past the 75 seconds recommended on the box, to get the final product. We have an 1100 watt microwave, and the box said the recipe was tested in an 800 watt microwave, so the difference is not that bad.

The cool whip on top is a nice addition, especially when it is warm out of the microwave, after cooling for a couple minutes.  I think mom and dad will like them.

I got the mixes from the World Market in Kansas City, up in Westport a little suburb of KC.
